Raid of a camp of displaced Syrians and arrest of wanted individuals in Sahraa Choueifat, Ghubayri, and Sabra for committing various crimes.
The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
An army unit, supported by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, raided a camp of displaced Syrians in Sahraa Choueifat area and arrested 7 Syrians and 5 Bangladeshis for wandering without proper identification documents. Additionally, the citizen (A.H.) was arrested for possessing military equipment and ammunition.
Furthermore, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested two individuals (A.S.) and (A.Z.) in Ghubayri, who were wanted on multiple arrest warrants for drug abuse and trafficking. A quantity of drugs was found in their possession, along with a pistol and a large sum of money.
The patrol also arrested an individual (A.K.) in Sabra , who was wanted for shooting, drug use and trafficking, weapons and ammunition smuggling, and forming a gang to assault pedestrians and provoke clashes.
The seized items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
