Raid of Syrian refugee camps in the Bekaa region and the arrest of several individuals

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

An army unit supported by an intelligence patrol from the Intelligence Directorate raided several Syrian refugee camps in the Bekaa region on different dates during the current week. They arrested 43 Syrians who had entered Lebanon illegally and were moving without legal documentation.

The investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
