Raids and Arrest of 3 Individuals for Drug Trafficking in Dahiye Janoubieh and Bekaa

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 05/09/2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate raided the residences of wanted individuals in Hay Al Sellom and Ghobeiri in Dahiye Janoubiyeh. The patrol arrested the citizens (M.F.) and (F.H.) for drug trafficking. A large quantity of drugs was seized in their possession, along with a firearm and two illegal motorcycles.
Additionally, a patrol from the Directorate raided the residences of the citizen (A.S.) in Al Hamoudiyeh in Bekaa, arresting him as he is one of the major heroin dealers in the area. Various quantities of drugs were seized from him.
The seized items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
