Raids and Seizures of a Mobile Drug-Manufacturing Lab in Tal Abyad – Baalbek

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Within the framework of the security measures carried out by the military institution to combat drug trafficking, an army unit conducted raids on the residences of wanted individuals in Tal Abyad – Baalbek, and seized a mobile Captagon-manufacturing lab loaded onto trucks, in addition to a quantity of drugs and raw materials used in their production, as well as a quantity of weapons and military ammunition.

The seized items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
