Recovery of Money Following a Robbery Incident

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 13/2/2026, Lebanese-Australian citizen (M.A.A) was robbed of USD 200,000 in the town of Brital – Baalbek after being lured by two individuals.
Following security surveillance and monitoring carried out by the Intelligence Directorate, the stolen amount was successfully recovered on the same day, and efforts continue to apprehend those responsible.
