Release of Two Kidnapped Individuals in Al Majdal – Wadi Khaled

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

As a result of a series of security surveillance and monitoring operations, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate successfully freed the two Syrians (H.S.) and (B.S.) on 23/2/2026 in the town of Al Majdal – Wadi Khaled. The victims had been lured by a gang to the Cola area in Beirut, kidnapped on 19/2/2026, and a ransom was demanded for their release.

Investigations are ongoing to arrest those involved.
