• Born on 15/09/1949 in Al Doueir - Nabatieh.
• Enlisted in the Army on 01/10/1968 and rose through the ranks, starting as a lieutenant on 01/08/1971 and reaching the rank of General as of 01/01/1998. 
• Received several medals and decorations as well as commendations and congratulations of the Lebanese Armed Forces Commander several times.
• Followed several educational and training courses in Lebanon and abroad.
• Married with 5 children.
