• Born on 05/07/1953 in Beirut.
• Enlisted in the Army on 01/10/1973 and rose through the ranks, starting as a lieutenant on 01/07/1977 and reached the rank of General as of 04/04/2009.
• Received several medals and decorations as well as commendations and congratulations of the Lebanese Army Commander in chief several times.
•  Followed several educational and training courses in Lebanon and abroad.
• Married with 6 children.
