Second Mechanized Infantry Brigade Conducts Tactical Exercise in Hanouch – Hamat with Air Force Participation

On 16 October 2026, the Second Mechanized Infantry Brigade, with the participation of the Air Force, conducted a tactical exercise in Hanouch – Hamat. The exercise was attended by the representative of Army Commander-in-Chief General Rodolph Haykal, Chief of Staff Major General Hassan Audi, as well as several officers from the Army Command, commanders of major units, and independent regiments.
The exercise simulated an assault on a terrorist group and its elimination. Light, medium, and heavy weapons, support weapons, and helicopters were used during the exercise.
