Several Syrians arrested for trafficking narcotics

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
An intelligence directorate patrol arrested in Zouk Mkayel and Sarba Syrians Diaa’ Akil el Salame, Ali Abd el Wahab el Mhawesh, Ahmad Saiid el Mohamad and Hussein Mohammad Ali el Awad for forming a narcotic-trafficking gang. The arrested individuals were caught in possession of an amount of narcotics, several cellphones, an amount of money, a vehicle and a motorcycle. And in Burj Hammoud, another patrol from the mentioned directorate arrested Syrian Jamil Artine Kassis for trafficking narcotics and was caught in possession of narcotics and an amount of money.
The confiscated items were turned in to the relevant authorities and investigations with the arrested individuals were carried out under the relevant authorities.
