Signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the Army and the Lebanese-French University of Technology and Applied Sciences (ULF)

A cooperation agreement was signed at the Army Command Headquarters in Yarzeh between the Army and the Lebanese-French University of Technology and Applied Sciences (ULF), providing special facilities for active-duty personnel, retired servicemen, and the families of fallen soldiers. The agreement was signed on behalf of the Army Command by the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Brigadier General Haydar Skayneh, and on behalf of the University by its President, Dr. Michel Najjar, in the presence of a number of officers and a delegation from the University’s administration.
