Six citizens arrested in Yanouh – Tyre and the areas of Al Faour and Dahr al Hema – Zahle

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

A patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested citizens (AA.Y.J.), (AA.J.), and (M.J.) in Yanouh – Tyre for attempting to smuggle weapons and ammunition inside their vehicle. A quantity of these items was seized in their possession. Another patrol raided the residences of wanted individuals in Al Faour and Dahr Al Hema – Zahle, and arrested citizens (M.M.), (B.H.), and (H.H.) for opening fire. A quantity of weapons and ammunition were seized in their possession.

The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judicial authority.
