Two Army Officers and a Soldier Martyred in a hostile Israeli Airstrike

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On June 6, 2026, a hostile Israeli airstrike targeted a military vehicle on the Kfartebnit–Khardali road (Nabatieh), resulting in the martyrdom of two officers holding the ranks of General and Captain, as well as one soldier.

The continued deliberate, repeated, and hostile Israeli aggression against Lebanon, its people, and the Army only strengthens our resolve, faith, and determination to confront these hostile attempts aimed at undermining all efforts to achieve a solution that would restore stability, secure a comprehensive ceasefire, and ensure the Israeli withdrawal from the occupied Lebanese territories.
