Two brothers were arrested in Kfartebnit - Nabatieh and Beit Meri - Mount Lebanon for drug trafficking and confiscation of a large quantity of them.

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 21/09/2023, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the citizen (H.D.) in Kfartebnit - Nabatieh and his brother (H.D.) in Beit Meri – Mount Lebanon for drug traffic. The patrol seized a quantity of Hashish, Cocaine, and drugs packaging equipment in their possession.

The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
