Visit of the interim LAF Commander, of the First Intervention Regiment in Tripoli

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

The interim LAF Commander, Major General Hassan Audi visited the First Intervention Regiment in Tripoli, where he met with officers and military personnel. He emphasized the necessity of ongoing efforts to maintain readiness to ensure Lebanon's security and stability amid the current significant challenges, highlighting the importance of the exceptional measures being taken by the army to maintain security in the city of Tripoli. He also listened to a briefing on the regiment's missions and the challenges it faces.

Afterwards, Major General Audi attended a live-fire exercise conducted by members of the regiment at the Ras Masqa – Koura training field, praising their professional performance and noting the importance of discipline and continuous training to enhance the capabilities of the military institution.
