Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received Ms. Joanna Wronecka, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Lebanon, at his office in Yarzeh. They discussed the general situation in the country as well as developments on the southern borders. Additionally, General Aoun met with Admiral Jacques Mallard, the Commander of Task Force 471 in the French Army, in the presence of the French military attaché, Colonel Grigory Medina. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two armies.
