Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received in his office in Yarzeh the Australian Ambassador Andrew Barnes in Yarzeh, along with an accompanying delegation, the British Ambassador Hamish Cowell, accompanied by the British Joint Operations Commander, Brigadier Paul Maynard. Discussions during the visit covered the general situation in the country in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression against Lebanon. Moreover, General Aoun received MP Akram Shehayeb and then MP Raji Al Saad, and various matters were discussed. General Aoun also received the Saudi military attaché, Naval Colonel Fawaz bin Musaad Al Mutairi, and they discussed the general situation in the country and ways to enhance cooperation.
