Visitors of General Haykal

The Lebanese Army Commander in Chief, General Rodolphe Haykal, received in his office in Yarzeh the Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Stefanie McCollum, accompanied by the Canadian military attaché in Lebanon, Colonel Jawad AlKhairy. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the armies of the two countries and the general situation in Lebanon and the region. He also received the regional representative for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Cristina Albertin, along with an accompanying delegation, and various issues were discussed.
