Visitors of the Interim LAF Commander

The Interim Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, Major General Hassan Audi, received in his office in Yarzeh the Commander of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF), Major General Anita Asmah, accompanied by a delegation. Discussions during the visit covered the general situation in Lebanon and developments on the southern border. Major General Audi also received the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation in Lebanon, Simone Aeschlimann, on a farewell visit on the occasion of the end of her mission in Lebanon. She introduced her successor, Agnes Dhur.
