Visitors of the Lebanese Army Commander-in-chief

The Lebanese Army Commander-in-Chief, General Rodolph Haykal, received at his office in Yarzeh the Ambassador of the Netherlands, Frank Mollen, the Ambassador of Belgium, Arnout Pauwels, the Ambassador of Canada, Gregory Galligan, and the Ambassador of Australia, Tom Wilson. The ambassadors reaffirmed their countries' steadfast support for the Military Institution amid the challenging circumstances facing Lebanon and the region. The discussion addressed the importance of the Army’s role within the Framework Agreement, the next steps toward its implementation, as well as support for the military institution’s efforts to maintain security and stability.
General Haykal thanked the ambassadors for their countries' continued support for the Lebanese Army.
