مبادرة واستباق

كانت للجيش في الفترة الأخيرة وقفات بطولية عمادها الجرأة والذكاء، ازدهرت وتوالت فوق سجلّاتنا الذهبية. سطّرت وحداتنا تلك الوقفات عند الحدود الشرقية باكتشافها أهداف الإرهابيين قبل اكتمالها، ودحرها لها وهي في المهد، فحوّلت بذلك نتائجها العدوانية المنتظرة إلى أوهام وإرباك وضياع، وفوّتت الفرصة على الإرهاب الطّامح إلى إعلان بياناته الطنّانة الجوفاء عن ضرب مؤسسة وإسقاط شهداء وترويع أهالٍ وزعزهة ثقة وأمان.
ونحن لا نقلّل من خطورة أن يكون لنا جرحى في العمليّات الأخيرة، لكن في ما حصل إفشالًا محتّمًا لتداعيات خطيرة كان الإرهاب يسعى إليها وينتظرها. من هنا، كان لجوؤه إلى زيادة أعماله "الانتحارية والتفجيريّة" التي توالت وتعدّدت، إلّا أنّ نتائجها كانت السّقوط والاضمحلال.
ذلك كلّه، دفع من له صلة بنا إلى أن يتابع إشادته السّابقة بجيشنا، ويؤكد مواقفه الدّاعمة، ويزيد تعاونه، ففي هذه القضيّة ما يهمّ غيرنا، وإن تكن من الهمّ هي الأكبر والأكثر تهديدًا.
إنّنا نقوم بأعمالنا الاستباقية، ونضخّ الزخم في استعداداتنا، حفاظًا على مواطنينا وحماية لأرضنا من جهة، وصونًا للكرامة الإنسانية في كلّ مكان من جهة أخرى. نحن في "استباق" مع الإرهاب، ولسنا في سباق معه. نضربه قبل أن يتمكّن من بلوغ مستوياتنا. لن يكون الإرهاب موازيًا لنا في توزيع الخطى فوق ترابنا الوطني فنسابقه ويسابقنا. لا محل له هنا، لا أرض خصبة له، ولا أرض قاحلة، ولا أيّ نوع من الأرض.
إنّ العالم بأسره ميّال إلى اعتباره مرفوضًا دخيلًا عليه، من هنا تضامن هذا العالم في وجهه، بالمؤسسات والهيئات والجيوش ووسائل الإعلام، كما بتعاليم الأديان السماوية السمحاء، التي ترفض جميعها هذا الفكر المنحرف الهدّام، وتأبى أن يستظلّ تحت أجنحتها بعناوين وشعارات خادعة، لا تمتّ لها بأي صلة.

Initiative and anticipation

Lately, the army had heroic stances based on boldness and intelligence that flourished and cascaded in our golden records. Our units highlighted these stances at the eastern borders by revealing the goals of the terrorist before being completed and nipping them in the bud, therefore turning their expected hostile consequences into illusions, confusion and turmoil and halted terrorism that was aiming to generalize its empty resounding statements concerning hitting the institution, causing the fall of martyrs, terrorizing villagers and shaking trust and safety. We are not underestimating the danger that the last operations have caused us wounded soldiers. However, what happened is a definite frustration of the dangerous repercussions that terrorism was aiming for and waiting for. Therefore, it resorted to increasing its “suicidal and bombing” acts that multiplied even though they were destined to fall and fade away. All the previously mentioned encouraged all parties that are related to us to shower us with commendations, confirm their supporting stances and increase their cooperation. For in this case, we all have common interest although we hold the bigger share of worry and threat. We are executing our preemptive successful acts and pumping momentum in our preparedness in order to preserve our citizens and protect our land on one hand and preserve humanitarian dignity everywhere on the other hand. We are in an “anticipation” case with terrorism, it is not a race. We hit it before it is able to reach our levels. Terrorism will not go in parallel with us in spreading our impact over our national land, we are not racing it. It does not have a place in here, there is no fertile land, no barren land nor any other kind of land. The whole world tends to consider terrorism an intruder. This is why the world is united in its face, including institutions, committees and media outlets as well as the holy religions that all reject this deviated destructive mentality and refuse to remain under their wings with fake slogans and mottos that have no relation whatsoever with them.
